Christians trapped in bad theology is tragic. What's more tragic? Christians with GOOD theology but refuse to live it out.
As a Christian, my standing with God isn't based on what I do for God, but based on what Jesus did. (2 Cor. 5:21) Praise God I am free from moralism, and religion, all trying to earn good favor with God.
